Polish royal residences open to visitors for free in November

Four historic royal residences in Poland will be admitting visitors for free throughout this month, officials have said.

The annual „Free November” initiative will be held in the country for the 13th time, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.

Tourists can check out attractions such as the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the historic Wawel complex in the southern city of Kraków, as well as Warsaw’s Wilanów Palace, a former royal summer residence that is now a major tourist attraction. and the Royal Łazienki Museum in the Polish capital.

The ‘Free November’ campaign is not only an opportunity to visit permanent and temporary exhibitions, but also to take part in many educational meetings, lectures, conferences, workshops and museum lessons.
