Eligible voters can submit requests for voting certificates and changes to their voting location until May 15, 2025, confirms the National Electoral Commission (PKW).

Key dates to note:
- By April 18, the public will be informed about voting districts, polling station locations, and accommodations for disabled voters.
- Information about presidential candidates will be published by April 28. By this date, the establishment of district electoral commissions is also required, along with the public announcement of the voting district numbers and boundaries for those formed abroad, as well as the locations of the district electoral commissions.
- Disabled and elderly voters can request absentee voting or transport services by May 5, while proxy voting requests must be submitted by May 9.
- Polish citizens abroad have until May 13 to register to vote.
- Campaigning will officially end at midnight on May 16.

Any Polish citizen who is at least 18 years old by election day and has not been deprived of their voting rights is eligible to participate in the 2025 presidential election.
